Yoga is one of the best complimentary trainings for paddlers. Besides muscle-strengthening and opening, Alignment Yoga increases body awareness which is crucial for aspiring athletes.
In this weekly alignment class, students will practice asanas with a focus on paddling needs: strengthening and opening paddling muscles to enhance performance. Along with the physical benefits, Alignment Yoga also improves focus and sharpens attention, which are essential for competitive paddlers.

It is the end of the month. Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel stressed? Come join us for a monthly Restorative Yoga and Meditation session to unwind! You will leave the session feeling serene and rejuvenated.
In the first part of class, students practice yoga poses supported with different props. These are designed to allow the body to create space slowly, and to calm the nervous system for deep and complete relaxation.
The class then transitions into a guided meditation, which provides many benefits such as reduced anxiety, improved mood, increased mental strength and focus, and enhanced energy level.
No prior yoga experience necessary!
