It is the end of the month. Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel stressed? Come join us for a monthly Restorative Yoga and Meditation session to unwind! You will leave the session feeling serene and rejuvenated.
In the first part of class, students practice yoga poses supported with different props. These are designed to allow the body to create space slowly, and to calm the nervous system for deep and complete relaxation.
The class then transitions into a guided meditation, which provides many benefits such as reduced anxiety, improved mood, increased mental strength and focus, and enhanced energy level.
No prior yoga experience necessary!
Classes occur on third Thursday of every month, 6:30pm~8:15pm October 17, 2019 Bellevue, WA
