Here are The Yoga Spot's Rates for classes:

 Monthly pass (any 4 classes/month):  $35

  Monthly pass (any 8 classes/month):  $55

  Unlimited monthly pass:  $75

Class Descriptions.....................................................................................................................................

Yoga...Yoga is a blend of body, breath, mind and spirit.  The benefits include reducing stress while increasing flexibility and strength. Our yoga classes are designed for all levels of experience from the total beginner to the advanced level practitioner. 

Yoga Flow...Flowing sequences of poses designed to increase the body's mobility and flexibility. Some yoga experience recommended.

Yin Yoga ... A calming practice emphasizing sustained postures to gently release tension in the body.

Kundalini Yoga ...yoga postures with an emphasis on breathe, spinal health and energy flow.

Nia...A moving blend of Dance Arts, Martial Arts and Healing Arts. Imagine dancing barefoot to the most inspiring, souful and groovy music with the essence of tai chi, yoga and your favorite movements forms.  Designed for all levels.  Best of all--it's body, mind & spirit fun!

Pilates...Strengthen and tone your body's core.  Pilates lengthens the body, improves posture and develops awareness of breath.  You'll feel the difference in 10 sessions.  
 
  


All Levels:
A class taught with all levels in mind.  A Self study of your “personal edge”, encouraging choice to work hard but not too hard.  Taking Level I will prepare you for an All Level Class.

 Vinyasa:
Series of postures that flow one into the other are a focus of this purifying, exhilarating practice, cultivating strength, stamina, and breath.

Helpful Tips...............................................................................................................................................

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in.  There is a changing area available.  We suggest that you refrain from eating right before class.

We will start class on time so arrive a few minutes early to set up.  Door is open 15 minutes before class time.  Bring your own mat (we'll have a few extras) and we'll provide other props.

Please avoid wearing strong fragrances because some students are allergic to them.

Please feel free to bring your own water bottle.
