The Yoga Spot offers clothing by PrAna and Autmn Teneyl, both are companies with honorable reputations and beliefs. We also sell Healthy Pantry items, especially packaged for our clientele. The Healthy Pantry is a local business prividing healthy meal options with easy prep. Yoga mats, mat carriers and eye pillows are for sale as well. We are open for retail sales before and after classes, as well as on Tuesdays, 10-12pm and 1-2pm, plus Thursdays 1-2:30pm.
